    Catalogs and other printed materials are to be used as a reference only and reflects Prime Line's best information available at time of publication. All prices, terms & conditions are subject to change. Please refer to primeline.com for most up-to-date and accurate information.

PRODUCTION TIME

    Standard production time for in-stock items, catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints (unless otherwise noted) is approximately 3-5 business days. Standard production time for above catalog quantities, multicolor/multi-location imprints (unless otherwise noted) is approximately 7-10 business days. Production time begins after receipt of complete P.O., viable art and paper proof approval (where applicable) and must be an established account in good standing or have confirmation of receipt of payment. Note: Payment received the same day as scheduled ship date may be subject to shipping on the next business day.

    A complete purchase order must include:

  • Typed purchase order with company billing information, P.O. number, item number, item color, item quantity, imprint method, imprint color, imprint location, art instructions, shipping instructions (ship to address(es), ship method, and shipping account # [if applicable]). (Note: Handwritten orders are not accepted.)
  • Clean and properly formatted artwork. Please see Artwork Requirements for details.
  • Established account in good standing, credit approval or receipt of credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
  • Orders and related artwork should be emailed to orders@primeline.com.
  • Complete purchase order (including art) must be received before 4:00 p.m. EST to count for that day.
  • Orders are processed by 2 different departments. Therefore, please include both art and order information in the body of the e-mail with all submissions or resubmissions. Prime Line will not be held responsible.
  • In-hands date must be clearly marked. A must-ship date is not accepted - only a clearly marked in-hands date is honored as an in-hands date. If you want your order to ship on a must-ship date you must include the corresponding in-hands date on the P.O. as well. If no in-hands date is clearly listed on the order, factory reserves the right to ship up to 5 working days from receipt of complete purchase order. Factory will not absorb upgraded freight costs when notified of pending event date after order has been placed.

    For un-established accounts, production begins upon credit approval and/or receipt of prepayment. Factory will NOT contact customer when in-hands date is not provided. Order acknowledgement will serve as notice of estimated ship date unless email address is not provided. Orders may be rescheduled up to two days after acknowledgment of ship date.

    The absence of any of the above stated information will deem the order incomplete and will delay production time.


RUSH POLICIES AND RUSH SERVICE CONDITIONS

    Free 1-Day rush service is available on most in-stock items; catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints only; screen, pad, label, and laser engrave orders only. Exception: Rush orders for ceramics are limited to 288 pieces or less, plushes are limited to 300 pieces. For Same-Day Rush, please contact factory prior to placing order to ensure sufficient inventory and production capacity.

    We recommend logging into our website primeline.com to check live inventory prior to submitting your rush order.

Three-Day Rush Service Conditions

    Free 3-Day rush service is available for Deboss and single-color Heat Transfers. Catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints only.

Rush Order Requirements

  • Complete rush orders (P.O. and artwork) must be submitted together to orders@primeline.com.
  • All communication, including P.O. and artwork must include purchase order #. ALL order info must be noted on the purchase order itself and NOT in the email communication.
  • Complete order must be received before 4:00 p.m. EST to ship on the next business day for 1-Day Rush and 3-Day Rush; complete orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST for Same-Day Rush. Note: All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 2:30 p.m. EST and are not guaranteed.
  • Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED 1-Day Rush or Same-Day Rush and must include in-hands date. Failure to mark the order as RUSH will cause a delay in order shipping. Failure to mark an in-hands date will delay orders to run on a 3-day production and ship schedule.
  • Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color, imprint location, art instructions, and shipping instructions. Failure to provide required info deems P.O. incomplete and will delay production.
  • Art must be submitted in vector format to size.
  • Art re-creates are not available for rush orders.
  • No multicolor (with the exception of VibraTecSM, where available) and/or multi-location orders accepted.
  • No Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders accepted.
  • Only Screen, Pad Print, Laser Engrave, and Label orders are available for rush service. (No rush service available for Embroidery, 4-Color Process Heat Transfer, Kit, Combo, Bundlez, Lustredome™ or Deboss orders.)
  • No paper proofs available.
  • Orders must be established account in good standing. Note: Credit approval will delay production; therefore, we require ALL new accounts to pre-pay all rush orders (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) unless credit is established and approved in advance.
  • Maximum of 3 split shipments permitted.
  • USPS shipping is not available on rush orders.
  • Without clearly stated in-hands dates, the factory reserves the right to ship orders up to 5 working days from receipt of completed purchase order. Additional charges may apply.

Deboss

    Setup Charges: $80(G) per location.
    Jumbo Deboss Setup Charges: $100(G) per location.
    Additional Location Run Charges: $1.25(G) per piece, per location.
    Repeat Order Charges: $40(G) per location; $50(G) for Jumbo Deboss per location plus applicable charges.
    Personalization: Up to 3 initials. $6.00(G) each personalization. Size: 36 pt. Specify font from following styles: Holland, Queens or Scripto.
    Production Time: Approximately 5-7 business days for catalog quantities only; one location imprints. Approximately 7-10 business days for above catalog quantities and multi-location imprints. Free 3-day rush service is available up to 800 pcs. Exception: Personalization. Please see Rush Order Requirements for details.

FONT STYLES FOR PERSONALIZATION

Embroidery

    Setup / Digitizing Charges: $75(G) per location, up to 7,500 stitches in 7 thread colors.
    Digitizing Charges (Additional Stitches): $20(G) per each additional 1,000 stitches (over 7,500), per location.
    Run Charges: $1.99(G) per piece, per location, including the first*, up to 7,500 stitches in 7 thread colors (*except select Blankets, Apparel and Headwear items which include first location, up to 7,500 stitches where noted).
    Run Charges (Additional Stitches): $0.30(G) per piece, per location, per each additional 1,000 stitches (over 7,500).
    Run Charges (Additional Thread Colors): $0.30(G) per piece per location per each additional thread color (over 7), per 1,000 stitches (over 7,500). Note: Embroidery orders will incur a run charge for the first imprint location, as well as each additional imprint location (*except select Blankets, Apparel and Headwear items which include first location where noted, up to 7,500 stitches).
    Repeat Order Charges: No charge. Note: If changes are made, tape edit fees will apply. Please reference the most recent order number and date on your purchase order.     Thread Color Change: $35(G)

    Cancellation Fee: $100(G) per order, plus factory will bill for all work completed at time of cancellation.

    Copy of Embroidery Disk: 1st is free, $15(G) each additional (available via email only).
    Production Time: Approximately 3-5 business days (seasonal trends may dictate longer timelines) for up to 1008 pieces, up to 7,500 stitches per piece, one imprint location. 1-Color Heat Transfer

    Setup Charges: $55(G) per location.
    Run Charges: $0.65(G) per piece, per location.
    Repeat Order Charges: $25(G) per location.
    Production Time: Approximately 5-7 business days for catalog quantities only; one imprint location. Approximately 7-10 business days for above catalog quantities and multi-location imprints. A proof requires an additional 3 business days over the 7-10 business day standard production time. Free 3-Day rush is available up to 1,000 pcs. 4-Color Process Heat Transfer

Setup Charges: $25(G) per location; must be ordered in 100pc increments (Exception: Drinkware).
Run Charges: $0.95(G) per piece, per location.
Note: Heat transfer orders will incur a run charge for the first and each additional imprint locations.
Repeat Order Charges: $12.50(G)

PRODUCTION INFO, ORDER DETAILS & OTHER CHARGES

    Confirmation of Receipt: Prime Line generates an automated email reply once purchase order is received. This email is a generic receipt and does not constitute as order acknowledgement, but rather as receipt of P.O. You will receive an actual order acknowledgement within 24 hours of receipt of order unless email address is not provided. (Rush order acknowledgements will be processed sooner.)
    If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours of submission (sooner for rush orders), please contact factory.
    Acknowledgements: All orders are acknowledged via email. If no email address is provided, then order is acknowledged via fax. Upon receipt of acknowledgement, please review all information carefully. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, or if there are any discrepancies, please contact customer service immediately. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgement and are considered final.
    Order Changes: Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial P.O. must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed at $5(X). All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed at $20(X) per change. All changes made the same day as the order shipment must be received before 2:30 p.m. EST.
    Note: Prime Line will make every attempt to apply changes received on ship date but cannot guarantee that this will happen. This does not include factory data entry errors or increase to order quantity. All changes should be emailed to details@primeline.com. We cannot make changes received after 2:30 p.m. EST to orders shipping that day. Please include ASI or customer number and purchase order number in the subject of your message and clearly mark all changes.
    Paper Proof: $10(G). Produced within 48 hours from receipt of complete purchase order.
    Factory will not be held responsible for paper proof approvals that contain errors whether the error is that of the factory or the client. An approval means the Distributor is approving the product/paper proof. Proof approval is required before 3:00 p.m. EST the day before the order is scheduled to ship. Proof approvals for large quantity, multicolor, multi-location, 4-Color Process Heat Transfer, and Embroidery orders may be required several days in advance of the estimated ship date.
    Flash Layer/Screen: $30(G) per location. Applies to screen printing on apparel items in dark colors (i.e. All colors other than white or light gray).
    PMS Color Match: $40(G). Factory will make every effort to closely match any PMS color. An exact match cannot be guaranteed, especially on polyurethane stress relievers and items that are not white. PMS matching is only available for screen and pad print orders (see Embroidery). Neon colors cannot be guaranteed. Note: We reserve the right to print our stock "Reflex Blue" when orders do not specify "blue" and our stock "Emerald Green" when orders do not specify "green."
    • No charge for PMS matching for embroidery.
    • PMS matching is NOT available for VibraTecSM, label or 4-color process heat transfer orders. Art for these imprint methods is CMYK process-printed using 4 individual colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) to achieve a singular/final result and lack the precision of the Pantone® matching system and color formula mixing process. Results may vary in final process-printed art due to color of product, light, and variance in monitor resolution and machinery calibration.
    Less Than Minimum: $55(G) per order, all items except apparel which is $30(G). Absolute minimum is 1/2 the first column quantity. First column pricing applies. LTM is not available for rush orders. LTM is not available for orders of closeout items. LTM fees and first column pricing applies to all applicable re-orders. Due to the cost of order processing, we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (excluding freight). Blank Orders: Billed at End Quantity Pricing (EQP) less 10%. Case quantities only; $100 minimum order. Discount is not available for apparel orders or for closeout items. Due to the cost of order processing, we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (excluding freight).
    Repeat Orders: Please see Decoration Method & Charges for applicable fees. Please reference the most recent P.O. number and date on your purchase order. Factory will hold information for the current year and one year previous. Please fax or email a copy of artwork with your re-order for verification. Factory will not be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect P.O. reference.
    Over/Under Runs: Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however due to the nature of the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship 5% (2% on orders 5,000 or more) over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly.
    Exact Quantity: $30(G).
    Assorted Colors: Minimum of 50 units per color may be ordered. Not available with Less Than Minimum orders.
    Copy Change: $25(G) per change.
    Color Change: $35(G) per change.
    Drop/Split Shipments: $10(G) per location after the first.
    Handling Charges: $4.50(X) per box handling fee applies in addition to billed freight including orders shipping on a 3rd party account number.
    Insurance: $3(X) per purchase order.
    Self-Promo Policy: EQP less 10% and 50% off setups EXCEPT Leeman items (i.e. item code starts with LG), which are EQP less 30% and 50% off setups. NOT AVAILABLE FOR apparel Subject to management approval.

PRODUCT SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

    QCAQuality Certification Alliance (QCA): Prime Line has shown its continued dedication to product safety and compliance by continuing to maintain our QCA accreditation, including rigorous annual factory audits. The accreditation emphasizes Prime Line's mission to provide safe, quality, socially compliant and environmentally conscientious merchandise to the market. Only a handful of suppliers have met these qualifications since QCA was founded in July 2008. Prime Line will continue to learn and improve on best practices so that its customers will always have an exceptional experience with their orders.
    Note: As required by law (CPSIA), many Prime Line products include tracking data in discreet positions as part of the compliance and safety process. Prime Line will NOT accept returns for complaints related to tracking found on product. We encourage you to order samples for your client to review in advance of placing order.
    Product Testing: Since 2007, Prime has had a full-time in-house testing lab.
    Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA): In compliance with CPSIA, all products primarily intended for children under age 12 will include tracking numbers. Testing and all documentation for these products may be requested from the factory. The fee for product testing lab analysis is $125(G) per order, and $5(G) per each additional piece. Prime Line does not intend for any items to be used as children's products or toys, but rather as advertising specialty items only.
    Note: In accordance with section 14(a) (5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act, 15 U.S.C. §2063 (a) (5) (CPSA), all youth apparel sold by Prime Line has been lab tested, has a certificate of conformity and CPSIA compliant tracking number. In addition, each imprinted youth garment sold by Prime Line will be imprinted with a permanent tracking number using CPSC-approved ink. The required fee to apply this CPSIA compliant tracking label is $0.35(G) per piece.
    The tracking label will be applied to the inside back hem of each youth shirt in one color. Our compliance number: 877-230-4986, is an unbranded number created solely for this purpose.
    As a reminder, the purpose of this law is to provide consumers with the source of each product with the goal of improving the safety of each product. Please visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission (https://www.cpsc.gov) for more information.
    California Proposition 65 (Prop 65): Prime Line's products meet all applicable federal safety requirements as enforced by the FDA, CPSC, and FCC. Products shipping to California are also subject to Proposition 65. Prop 65 requires consumer product warnings for products shipped to California that expose the consumers in California to a list of published carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are present below established Safe Harbor Levels or are present in concentrations that pose no harm. Prime Line's inks used to decorate in the USA have been tested and do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a Prop 65 warning. Safe Harbor Level limits have not been fully established for all materials used in Prime Line's products, but we may be able to offer, upon request, 3rd party testing for specific chemicals in specific products. Additionally, customers may request that Prop 65 warning label be applied to their products prior to shipment for a fee of $0.04(X) per piece (free if shipping to California). This warning label will ensure compliance with Prop 65 regulatory requirements. Prop 65 Warning label reads: WARNING: This product may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or reproductive harm.

    Spec Sample & Pre-Production Proof: $40(G) per color/ location plus catalog end quantity pricing (EQP) for cost of the product. Setup and run charges apply. Same charges apply for FOB Toronto, billed in Canadian dollars. Service fees such as PMS matching fee are billed where applicable. Produced in 5 business days after written proof approval, or 3 days when proof is waived. Shipped via UPS Next Day Air service unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for freight unless 3rd party account is supplied at time of request. Total responsibility for imprint and design lies with buyer when a product or paper/fax proof is waived. Not available for rush orders. Not available for 4-Color Process Heat Transfer orders.

    Random Samples: All random samples feature assorted imprints. Factory cannot promise specific imprint colors. Un-imprinted (blank) pieces may be substituted when printed product is unavailable. Samples are billed at catalog end quantity pricing (EQP). If total cost of sample order is less than $10(C) and distributor provides a UPS or FedEx account number for freight, order will be processed and shipped at no charge. If total cost of sample order is $10(C) or greater, distributor will be charged EQP pricing for the samples plus freight, unless UPS or FedEx account number is provided for freight costs. If no shipper number is provided, you will be invoiced for your samples and shipping up to and exceeding our sample policy (including shipping costs). All sample requests shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada must have a shipper number.
    Random Samples - Canada: All random samples feature assorted imprints. Factory cannot promise specific imprint colors. Un-imprinted (blank) pieces may be substituted when printed product is unavailable. Samples are billed at catalog end quantity pricing (EQP). Sample orders totaling less than $25(C) CDN EQP are free. The sample order will be billed freight via our FOB Toronto program. Sample orders exceeding $25(C) CDN EQP will be billed plus shipping via our FOB Toronto program. The carrier for our FOB Toronto program is UPS and freight charges are calculated in Canadian dollars. Sample orders ship same day when order is received by 3:00 p.m. EST. To expedite transit on any sample order, please provide 3rd party shipper number (UPS or FedEx) on your sample purchase order. If you have an issue with a sample, contact cdncustomerservice@primeline.com.
    Note: Due to the custom nature of SourceAbroad® orders, samples may not be available. Submit sample requests via email to samples@primeline.com. Sample requests received before 3:00 p.m. EST are typically shipped the same day. Sample orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped the following business day. Sample requests cannot be taken over the phone. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you will be notified within 24 hours. All samples are subject to stock availability. All sample requests must have established account in good standing. Un-established accounts with sample requests greater than $5(C) or who have not provided a UPS or FedEx account number are subject to delays. All sample requests shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada must ship on a third party account. Sample orders are subject to delay if third party shipping account is not provided at the time of the initial request. Samples are not available for return to factory. No memo billing please. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

    Artwork should be submitted in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines. Please include any additional information which will help process art submissions quickly and accurately. Artwork must always include P.O.# in the subject of the email and contact information in the body of the email. Orders without correct P.O.# referenced will be rejected by the factory. We recommend submitting a mockup of the art on the item for comparison. Factory cannot be responsible for errors otherwise.
    Note: Artwork will be sized to maximum available imprint area unless otherwise specified on Purchase Order.
    Acceptable File Size: Up to 5.0 MB in size
    Acceptable Formats: Illustrator (CC or earlier), vector based AI, EPS or PDF files. Non-vectored Photoshop (CC and earlier, 300 dpi at 100% size only) and TIFF (hi res, b/w only) files that are saved as 8-bit CMYK or grayscale can be used for VibraTecSM 4-Color Process Printing, 4-Color Process Digital Labels, Heat Transfers and other full color digital applications. Note: We do not accept either Word files or CorelDraw files for art submission.
    QR Codes: Vectoring and ink bleed can slightly alter the QR Codes and therefore, the factory cannot guarantee readability. Not recommended.
    Art Charges: Should your art require improvements that incur a charge, you will be contacted with an estimate before any work is done. Art charges are billed at $50(X) per hour. $15(X) minimum billed.

PMS matches are indicative of how they appear on a white substrate and will change depending on the color of the item. The appearance of each ink color will vary based on item material and color, and are not guaranteed an exact match.

SHIPPING

    Unless otherwise specified, factory ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. A handling charge of $4.50(X) per carton will be added to total freight including orders shipping on a 3rd party account #. An insurance fee of $3(X) is applied to every order. Shipping weights listed in catalog are approximate and do not factor in the box dimensions. For a freight estimate, please visit our website. Carton dimensions and weights are provided for freight ESTIMATES only, and are not intended for, nor to be used to determine, piece counts. Due to fluctuations of the fuel surcharge and freight reclassifications, Prime Line cannot be held responsible for the difference between estimated freight charges and actual freight charges. Prime Line ships via UPS and FedEx. Shipments via DHL are not available at this time. Note: Every effort is made to ship FedEx when requested, but due to early pickup there will be times when we need to default to UPS and bill freight.

    Prime Express 3-Day Upgrade Service: We proudly offer free 3-day shipping upgrade to all orders (by request only) with standard ground shipping of 4 days transit or greater within in the continental U.S. only. Upon request, ship method of qualified orders will be upgraded from ground to 3-day transit at no additional cost (i.e. order will be billed at ground rates) when applicable terms are met. Please refer to the map below or contact customer service to confirm transit time. Upgrade request MUST be made at time Purchase Order is placed. Available for catalog quantities ONLY. Applies to all items including sales, specials and closeouts with the exception of spec samples and random samples. Order must ship via UPS on our factory account (not available via FedEx or for orders shipping via 3rd party accounts). No change to the normal order submission process (other than noting request on PO). Normal handling fees of $4.50(X) per carton and insurance fees of $3(X) per order apply. Standard drop shipment fees are charged per location after the first (where applicable).
    Common Carriers: Carriers that service factories daily are UPS and FedEx. Factories do not ship via DHL or TNT. USPS services are only available for standard production orders. Factories are unable to ship on USPS third party account #s. Customers will be billed the USPS rate plus applicable handling charges per box. Factories are unable to guarantee in-hands dates for orders that ship via USPS. Factories are unable to ship rush orders via USPS.
    Truck Shipments: Orders may ship LTL freight upon request, and will be arranged by the factory. A palletization charge of $10(G) applies per pallet in addition to any package handling charges. The factory will schedule all truck shipments. Freight will be billed separately for truck shipments unless shipping freight collect or third party.
    Third Party Shipping Accounts: $4.50(X) processing and handling fee applies to each ship to location per order using a 3rd party account number or billing freight collect.
    International Shipping: All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FedEx. All charges, including duties & taxes, as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient, will be billed net to customer plus an administration fee of $25(X). A fee of $50(G) applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FedEx.
    C.O.D. Shipments: Not available.
    HAZMAT/Shipping Restricted Materials: Additional fees and declarations apply to shipments of restricted materials. As a HAZMAT-certified business, Prime Line is legally authorized to ship products that fall in the restricted category via ground and air throughout the U.S. and Canada, and select international destinations (Note: Restrictions differ by country where available, please inquire). For shipments requiring special carrier processing, additional carrier charges or chargebacks will be billed to the customer on a net basis, along with a $25(X) administration fee. Prime Line will make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner and via the method requested to meet your event date. However, once your order has shipped, Prime Line is not responsible for delivery delays or missed events caused by the freight carriers or Acts of God. Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond the carrier's control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
    Factory cannot be held responsible for damages occurring en route. Each shipment from factory is insured for full purchase order price. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please notify factory immediately. Factory will file claims promptly on your behalf. No merchandise may be credited or reprinted prior to settlement of outstanding claims with carrier.

FOB TORONTO

    Gets you door-to-door service without any added charges. Billing is in Canadian dollars with all applicable duties, fees and customs clearance included. Pricing does not include taxes or freight charges from Canadian port of entry, which are calculated using alphabroder Canada and will be invoiced on separate lines. Bill-To and Ship-To must be Canadian addresses. Shipments via UPS GROUND only (other carriers, air service, and order pickup not available through this program) five days a week. Standard to Canada service is available to all Canadian provinces. However, there may be extra (Extended Delivery Area) surcharges for shipments to remote locations, as is the case in the United States. Third-party billing not available. Please verify shipping schedule and transit time for your order with the factory.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE - INTRODUCTION

    Orders for goods (the Goods) sold by Prime Line, Jetline, Source Abroad (collectively "Prime Line") are subject to all the terms and conditions of sale that appear on www.primeline.com. These terms and conditions of sale shall govern the sale of Goods from Prime Line to you and/or the company you are authorized to represent (you). Prime Line's performance is expressly made conditional upon your agreement to these terms and conditions of sale. Any provisions or conditions of any purchase order or other document, which are inconsistent with or in addition to these terms and conditions, are hereby rejected and shall be inapplicable and not binding upon Prime Line.

    Terms: Net 30 days for customers with established accounts in good standing and for new customers only upon approval of credit references and completion of credit application. Order production does not begin until credit terms have been established or prepayment is received.
    A copy of resale certificate and tax I.D. number must be received in order to process any order. As a convenience, factory accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover as payment. Credit card info can only be submitted directly to the accounting department. Bounced checks or stop payments must be replaced with a certified check for the total amount of the bounced check plus $35(X) fee.
    Prime Line cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
    Complaints and Returns: All complaints must be made within 30 days of shipment. Customers are required to inspect merchandise upon receipt of goods regardless of the use date of the order. Please contact factory for authorization for all returns. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from the factory and must include return authorization number provided by factory at time of return approval. No credits or discounts will be issued for merchandise unavailable for return to factory. For damaged packages, see Shipping section. Un-imprinted (Blank) goods can be returned only if in good condition. 20% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $50(X) applies.

    Trademark Notice: The artwork, photographs, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted product available.     Cancellations and Pricing: Order cancellations can be made only with the agreement of the factory. Cancellation fee of $50(G) applies per order (except embroidery orders, which are $100G), plus factory will bill for all work already performed up until the time of cancellation.

Warranties, Disclaimer, Limitations on Liability

    The Goods sold by Broder Bros., Co. dba Prime Line, Jetline, Source Abroad (collectively "Prime Line") shall be free from material defects on the delivery date, provided, you store and handle the delivered Goods in such a manner that meets or exceeds the storage and handling procedures utilized by Prime Line.

    PRIME LINE EXPRESSLY STATES THAT PRIME LINE'S PRODUCTS ARE NOT CHILDREN'S TOYS AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN. PRIME LINE's PRODUCTS ARE FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

    You must provide Prime Line with written notice of any warranty claims no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the applicable order of Goods. Failure to provide written notice within such thirty (30) day period shall void Prime Line's warranties in their entirety. As Prime Line's sole responsibility and liability, and YOUR ONLY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach or breaches of such warranties, Prime Line shall, upon written notice from you, either (at Prime Line's option) replace the defective portion of the Goods, or accept return thereof and refund the price paid by you for the defective portion. Any misuse, improper handling, storage, use, modification or alteration of the Goods by any third party shall void the forgoing warranty. You shall remain entirely responsible for any shipments by you or your company for purposes of returning defective products or packages hereunder to Prime Line, and all risk of loss or damage during shipment shall be borne by you. Prime Line will pay (or reimburse you) for reasonable shipping and handling charges limited to valid warranty claims.

    You agree and acknowledge that any benefits derived from use or resale of the Goods will depend on factors which vary from business to business and which are not within Prime Line's control.

    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SELECTION OF THE GOODS TO MEET YOUR, YOUR COMPANY'S OR ITS CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, AND PRIME LINE MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OR SALE OF THE GOODS IN YOUR BUSINESS. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY PRIME LINE. PRIME LINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE AND ANY IMPLIED INDEMNITIES.

    IN NO EVENT WILL PRIME LINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR SALE OF GOODS BY YOU, OR ANY OTHER PARTY, OR FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SALE OR USE OF ANYTHING MADE BASED ON THE GOODS, EVEN IF PRIME LINE IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT FOR INJURIES TO CONSUMERS DUE TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF PRIME LINE.

    You agree that, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, including negligence, Prime Line's liability for damages claimed by you with respect to the Goods shall not exceed fees received by Prime Line from you for the applicable Goods hereunder. Regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, including negligence, Prime Line's liability for damages claimed by third parties with respect to the Goods, as between Prime Line and you shall not exceed fees paid to Prime Line hereunder. No action, regardless of form, arising under this Agreement (other than an action for non-payment of any purchase prices or other amounts owed by you to Prime Line), may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the date of the alleged breach. Prime Line shall not be liable for any failure to perform under this Agreement where such failure is due to any cause beyond Prime Line's control.

    You hereby release and shall defend and hold Prime Line and its owners and agents harmless from and against any actual or threatened claims, losses, liabilities (including without limitation any punitive damages and fines), costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable costs of litigation and attorney's fees) related to third party actions (a) in which it is determined that Prime Line is not at fault; and/or (b) arising from or relating to any acts or omissions by you, your company or your customers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELEASE & INDEMNITY

    In the event that your order is for custom product made to your specifications, or made to match or correspond to a sample or exemplar that you submit to us for that purpose (a "Custom Product"), rather than a customizable stock item offered by Prime Line in our catalog or on our website, then by placing an order for such Custom Product(s) you agree to and hereby:

(i) release Prime Line and its suppliers from any claim that the Custom Product infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, proprietary know-how or other intellectual property right ("IP") of you or any third party, and
(ii) indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless each of Prime Line and its supplier(s) for or in connection with any and all liability, losses, damages, costs or expenses that Prime Line and/or such supplier(s) may at any time suffer, incur or be required to pay by reason of any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought against Prime Line and/or any such supplier for damages and/or injunctive relief based upon an allegation that a Custom Product produced for and sold to you violates or infringes the IP of any third party.
